⚓ Fulmo Batalshipoj, also called Fulmo Batalshipo, is Fulmo’s take on the classic Battleships game, bringing strategy, excitement, and a touch of luck to the table! Challenge yourself to outmaneuver and outthink your opponent as you plan your attacks and anticipate possibilities.
🎯 How to Play
-
Three battleships are hidden in the seas, represented by a 5x5 grid.
-
You always play against the computer.
-
Your goal is to sink all enemy battleships before the enemy sinks yours.
-
Each turn, you pick a square on the grid (e.g., (3,4)), and the game provides feedback:
✅ Hit – if your shot lands directly on an enemy battleship. This is marked as a "Hit" using the "Hit" icon.
✅ Hurt – if your shot lands in one of the eight adjacent squares to an enemy ship. This is marked as a "Hurt" using the "Hurt" icon.
❌ Miss – if your shot lands on a square with no enemy ship nearby. This is marked as a "Miss" using the "Miss" icon.
-
The board refreshes after each turn, revealing the effect of your move and the computer's counterattack.

Ideas to Effectively Foster Happiness via a Gratitude Practice
Gratitude is one of the most effective ways to increase happiness and overall well-being. By intentionally recognizing the positive aspects of life, we train our brains to focus on abundance rather than lack. Here are some practical ways to integrate gratitude into daily life:
📝 Keep a Gratitude Journal
One of the simplest and most effective gratitude exercises is writing down three things you’re grateful for. Write down three things you're grateful for each day for a week, and then, once a week. Studies show that this sort of practice:
✅ Improves mood and emotional resilience
✅ Reduces stress and anxiety
✅ Enhances long-term happiness
To make it even more engaging, try specifying why you’re grateful for each item. For example:
👉 “I’m grateful for my friend who checked in on me today because it made me feel valued.”
🙏 Express Gratitude to Others
Practicing gratitude doesn’t have to be a solo activity! Take a moment to:
✅ Write a short thank-you message to someone.
✅ Verbally express appreciation to a friend, family member, or colleague.
✅ Reflect on a past act of kindness someone showed you.
Gratitude strengthens relationships, creating a cycle of positivity between you and others.
🌅 Reframe Challenges as Opportunities
Gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring difficulties—it means finding meaning in them.
✅ Instead of thinking, “I have so many responsibilities,” reframe it as “I’m grateful for meaningful work and opportunities.”
✅ Instead of “Today was stressful,” try “Today challenged me, and I learned something from it.”
This approach builds resilience and optimism, helping you navigate life’s ups and downs with a growth mindset.
⚓ Just like in Batalshipoj, where you strategize and navigate challenges, gratitude helps you shift focus from obstacles to opportunities! Practice gratitude on a regular basis, and watch how it transforms your mindset.
💡 Remember: The best players of La Ludo da Vivo (that is, the Game of Life, or Life itself) don’t just win the game—they enjoy the journey.
